Whenever the customer is given this, it gives them the confidence to make the purchase. Additionally, use samples to pull purchasers to you.

Finally, master the techniques that your competitor uses. A competitor can either be on top of you, below or behind you. Learn their techniques and use them to your advantages. Additionally, learn their weaknesses and use them to your advantage. Remaining at the top of the market ensures that you retain customers.
